Dear Sisters,
Thank you for making my life so happy. Thank for filling so many of my days with laughter. Thank you also for teaching me tolerance. I am in debt to both of you for my thick skin
Sandy, thank you for protecting me on the playground in elementary school when the kids were calling me "four eyes." Thank you for always looking out for me and showing me where my classes were in high school for the first month. Thank you for supporting me when a guy broke my heart. I would also like to thank you for telling me I was only hanging out with you and you friends because Mom made you take me... Thank you for making me pee in the barrel by running and sitting on the toilet every time I told you i had to go. Thank you for helping me hide my bad papers in the woods at the end of the school year in fear Mom would see them. Oh yes and thanks for telling me how fat I look in certain outfits and what a bohemith I have always been for being so tall. Thank you for cutting the hair off my barbie dolls and always making me be the student when we played games of school. Without you, where would I be?
Tera.... thank you as well. Thank you for yelling "bee alert" when we use to swim in the pool so I would spend more than half my time under water afraid of being stung even though most times no bees were in sight... Thank you for allowing me to put my plastic charm necklaces on you. Thanks for always getting good grades and making me and Sandy look bad. Oh and thank you for always being so skinny, no matter how hard I worked I always felt fat next to you so yes thank you for that. Thank you for going with me to pack up all my stuff when my six year relationship with Jud fell apart and saying nothing to me on the ride home but letting me know you were there right next to me. Your support was so needed. Thank you for coming into my bed with me the night before I left for college and crying on my shoulder because you would miss me so much. Thank you for sharing popcorn with me on the hill even though I always hogged it.
Sisters, thank you for loving me... thank you for making me who I am.... without you I would be far less of a person.
With Love,
Your sister Adrie
